Process

• First, you fill our project brief form to help us understand your creative need and direction of your projection OR you send in a brief detailing all the information about your project via email at [email protected] or WhatsApp.
_{*We won't proceed on a project without a clear creative direction from the client. If needed, we can curate a moodboard after consulting with you on your vision for the brand and the content desired. This comes at a fee of ₦20,000 (NGN).}• Once we’re clear on the creative direction of the project, a quote on the cost is sent to you first. After we come to an agreement on the cost, an invoice is issued and you make a deposit (70%) to validate your booking.
_{Pls note: We do not take on projects that are less than ₦200,000 (NGN) in value.}• Next delivery details will be provided and you send your products to us, then we’ll go into production.

Production & Delivery Timeline

Typically, 15 working days after products are received, for small to medium scale projects. However, this is subject to change based on our availability and the scope of your project. The exact timeline for your project would be communicated to you when sending your quote.

Payment Terms

A 70% deposit is required to validate a booking.
The remaining 30% is paid upon viewing and approval of edited content, after which the content will be made available for download and use.
